Nomination Guidelines

Before you submit, here's what you need to know:

Who Can Be Nominated

Any business, individual, organization or attraction in one of the designated categories within Pinellas County is eligible. Nominees should currently be active and based in the community.

One single vote in this round will likely not move an entity into the “top nominees” list and onto the ballot, so whether you’re sharing the love or in it to win it, this is the time to encourage everyone you know—friends, family, fans and followers—to make those nominations!

Who Can Nominate

Anyone can submit a nomination — including business owners nominating themselves. Clients, customers, colleagues and fans are all welcome to participate.

One Nomination Per Person

Each email address may submit one nomination. Duplicate submissions from the same address will not be counted.

How to Nominate

Complete the form to the right. Be sure to include the name of your nominee and the specific category you are nominating them in. Incomplete submissions may not be counted.

How the Ballot Is Determined

The top three to five nominees in each category (those that receive the most unique nominations) will move on to our official voting ballot and will be in the running to be honored as the winner or one of two runner ups, in each category, in our July/August Best of 2026 issue. Categories with too few nominations may be combined or removed from the ballot.

Promotion

Once nominees are announced, they are encouraged to share their nomination with their audiences through social media and email to drive votes during the voting period. Social media assets are available — contact us directly to request yours.
